We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Business Email platform starting at 00:00 BST on Sunday, June 9th 2025, lasting up to 6 hours. This will affect incoming mail for Business Email users only and the Open-Xchange webmail interface.

The service will be at risk throughout the 6-hour window.

A brief period of downtime is expected in the early hours, lasting no longer than 2 hours.

Incoming emails may be delayed or temporarily undeliverable during the downtime.

Servers on our Fully Managed VPS platform require a reboot in order to complete important server updates. We will perform these actions between 4-6am BST on 25th June. We expect each server to be down for no more than 10-15 minutes.

The remaining servers on our Fully Managed VPS platform require a reboot in order to complete important server updates. We will perform these actions between 4-6am BST on 26th June. We expect each server to be down for no more than 10-15 minutes.
