Starting at 04:00 AM GMT on Thursday, March 27th, our network teams will be performing a migration of data center internet connectivity from the existing provider’s links to Heart Internet links.

While no disruption to connectivity is expected during this transition, there may be periods of elevated latency affecting Heart Internet-hosted services.

We expect to complete the work by 06:00 AM GMT.

All customers that will be included in this maintenance period have been emailed individually to confirm their migration window, any IP updates will be handled automatically where domains are using our nameservers.

Changes to the date direct debits are processed
