As part of our ongoing efforts to bring payment systems fully under our control, we will be migrating direct debit payments to our new provider on 19th November.
No action will be required from our customers, but as part of this transition, we will be temporarily stopping automated renewals on that day and running them manually. This may cause renewals to run slightly later than usual, as we want to ensure full visibility during this process.
