We are currently aware of an issue affecting a small number of emails passing through our forwarding servers. In these cases, emails are not being correctly forwarded to their intended destination and may be delayed or remain undelivered.
Our team has identified the behaviour and is actively working with our forwarding platform partner to investigate the root cause and implement a fix as a priority. At this stage, the issue appears to be limited in scope and is not impacting all forwarding traffic.
Update - Following investigation, a fix was implemented and we can confirm that the error is no longer appearing in the logs. Email forwarding is now operating normally.
