We’re currently investigating an issue affecting our internal OpenStack platform, which hosts several critical components of our Email service, including Inbound, Outbound, and Mail Forwarding. Our team is actively working to identify the cause, and we’ll provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Update: Issue has been identified and resolved. Our team are monitoring and conducting tests to ensure all services are working as expected.
