Investigating
We are investigating a separate issue with a small number of dedicated servers that haven't come back active again.
These servers are currently offline meaning the site/server are inaccessible, we are currently aware of this and are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are seeing that the issue has been resolved for most customers and most servers are back and online, if your server is not then please open a ticket and we'd be happy to investigate further.
