The secondary disk is now acting as the primary for these web servers and normal operation has been resumed. No data was lost during this period.

We are currently seeing abnormal behaviour on these servers, this is a result of one of the disk drives being down. We are in the process of bringing up the secondary disk as primary in order to resume normal operation which will be completed shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
