We believe that all the issues were resolved an hour ago around 2:25am. We have been monitoring for the last hour and all seems to be working fine. We will monitor for a little longer until marking this as resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently investigating issues regarding the Heart Internet control panel and main website, which may be inaccessible to some customers. This is being investigated by our senior engineers as a top priority.
