As part of our continued investment in our platforms, our network team will be replacing a number of switches on 6/2/19. Some Customers may experience downtime during these essential works. We expect downtime to last no more than 1 hour. Works will begin at 9pm.

We understand your Heart services are important to you and we are very sorry that any potential downtime comes at such short notice. We really appreciate you’re understanding and we will notify this page as well as social media channels as soon as the works has been completed.
